5 Simple Free Website Traffic Strategies You Don’t Want To Miss

Most people who start an online business struggle with 1 thing mainly, traffic. They have no problem getting a website set up, or buying a website from somebody else, but when it comes time to actually market that website they are clueless.

#1 - Article Submission - A great way, which many think is not effective is article marketing. You can greatly increase your exposure and search engine rankings as well as boost your credibility with article marketing.

#2 - Video Submission - Another method I use all the time is creating and submitting short videos to video sharing sites in order to attract the attention of my target market. A good short, valuable video can do wonders when you then tell them to go visit your website for more information.

#3 - Forums - Another great resource to utilize is the power of forum marketing. If a forum has 100,000 people and is targeted to golf for example, odds are that if you are marketing golf it might be a good idea to hang around those forums. Makes sense? Great!

#4 - SEO - The best and most common way to drive free traffic is to search engine optimize your website to get free targeted traffic from the search engines, without any middle man! That means a lot of work on backlinks and onpage optimization. With a little bit of effort, and greater effort than you competitors you’ll see your website climb in the Search Engines.

#5 - Social Media - Get active in what is known as social media and keep being interesting and fun. When you are, you’ll gain the attention of the crowd and you can start to connect with people and siphoon them to your website.
